If the person is seeking help, you can TRY to put them in contact with someone but, C.Y.A! (Cover Your... behind.) Also make certain you take into account the beliefs, and comfort of the person seeking help.
Make sure the person knows that this is NOT the GHRS helping them that it will be their responsibility if anything works/doesn't work/screws up. Let them know that there are charlatans out there who like any other con will prey on their fears in order to get their cash.
If they TRULY wish to have some help from a psychic, they should talk to understanding friends and maybe source out a psychic THEY feel comfortable with. Or have them contact the Spiritualist Church of Canada who will help them free of charge.
NEVER, EVER MAKE A RECOMMENDATION ESPECIALLY FOR A PSYCHIC WHO WILL CHARGE THEM TO "CLEAR THE HOME"! TRUST ME, YOU WILL BE MADE RESPONSIBLE IF THINGS SCREW UP!
There is no harm in recommending against Ouija or the like (key word, RECOMMENDING) as this probably will exasperate the problems regardless of your views.
If the person is of a religious nature, suggest that the head of their local congregation (priest, padre, rabbi, Wiccan chief, WHATEVER!) come and bless their home. Point out that this may not work but it shouldn't hurt. Remember, BLESS, not exorcise as most religions pretty much REFUSE to do that.
