The Toronto and Ontario Ghosts and Hauntings Research Societies were launched in October 1997 and are the oldest established web-based ghost research and documentarian group in Canada.

We are documentarians and historians with an eye to the folklore, history, and first-hand accounts of ghosts and hauntings in the province of Ontario.

We are not ghost hunters, we do not offer psychical assistance or services, and we are not field investigators, but collectors and compilers of information about and pertaining to ghosts and hauntings and the stories that lie within these reported experiences.

We prefer to focus on places or people that others can visit or look into themselves, but are open to individual experiences, if you're inclined to share with us.
