Response to Poltergeists

Poltergeisting. This particular phenomena has been, in recent years, frequently laid at the feet of adolescents. My personal belief is that while adolescence is a time of raging hormones and emotions, it is not appropriate to attribute many of these visitations to teenagers. I feel that much more research in this area needs to be done. Afterall adolescence is also a very traumatic time for many parents couldn't their emotions be as much a cause as those of their adolescents? All that I am really trying to say, is let's not make assumptions about the causes of a particular paranormal event until all avenues of research have been explored. The best analogy I can use to illuminate my point are the cancer cure claims. Sure in some cases "Factor X" may have caused a remission, but that doesn't mean that "Factor X" is responsible in all or even a majority of cases.
