One of are readers wrote in with the following report:
Many years ago, my husband and I went to see a movie in downtown Toronto. It was in an old house. It was quite dark in there before the movie started. The lights were old, and had been converted to electric. We were sitting there waiting for the movie to start when this woman just appeared! She was hovering horizontally above the floor. I noted that she was wearing a white gown. It scared me so much that I looked away and when I turned around and looked again she was gone. I didn't tell my husband at the time because I was afraid that he would think I was crazy. I think the movie was Dr.Zhivago. I told my mother about i,t and she said it might have been my grandmother because she always wore long nightgowns.I don't think so because my grandmother was still alive at the time this had occurred.
Our thanks to the witness for sharing her experience with us. We'd would love to hear from anyone else that may have had a similar experience with "the lady in white" or can shed some light on this.
