Single family home- West Ferris, North Bay

This older home was acquired by its current owner last year. He had purchased it from an elderly woman, who made a move to a retirement home. Until he began renovations on the space, the owner had not experienced anything unusual, nor had his tenant.

In the summer of 2004, his tenant experienced an unexplained event. He and a friend were in the backyard, taking in the sun on a floating dock. The tenant's friend called his attention to a third story window, asking him why he didn't invite his friend down to join him.

Looking up, the tenant saw an older gentleman staring down at the pair through a bedroom window. Knowing that the owner was out of town, and thinking there was an intruder in the home, he rushed upstairs to confront the man. He found the home empty, and the friend who had remained outside did not see anyone leave it.

This is the only unusual experience the tenant has witnessed to date; the owner has had no such encounters.
