"Well, in my house, for the past five or six months I hear footsteps and creaking while I'm in bed. Then, once, while I was in my basement, from the corner of my eye I was something in white which was quickly followed by a childish giggle. When I turned my head, nothing was there. Another time, my husband and I were watching t.v when all of a sudden the pulley at the curtains started to shake violently then it suddenly stopped still. We immediately checked to see for a draft,but nothing was there and no windows were open. Furthermore, when my brother was over, we were all sitting and then the bathroom door slammed shut. Once again, no draft was detectable. Finally, as I was pulling out of my driveway, I glanced at my blind-spot and saw an  older gentleman wearing glasses and a green, tweed coat standing on my neighbour's lawn, very still and staring at the house. I looked away, shocked, and quickly looked back but nothing was there. I am thinking maybe I'm expereincing residual haunting."
