Major F Tilston Armoury and Police Training Centre is a joint training facility for police and military located on Sandwich Street in Windsor Ontario. In the past it was known as the Windsor Armoury. It was during its years as the former that army reservists working in the building would report seeing the apparition of a soldier wearing what was believed to be a a WWII uniform. The ghost was also reportedly heard in the form of disembodied footsteps. At this time we are unaware of any modern sightings since the buildings conversion into a joint facility.

Update: January 2010

We were sent in the following in regards to the building in question.

"The new joint training center is located on Sandwich Street on the west end of Windsor, and is a nearly new building.  The old Windsor Armouries is located on University, in the downtown area.  People visiting the Tilston Armouries to have a visit with a ghost from our military past would be sorely disappointed with our new and shining building, and should instead concentrate on the older building, which still stands in the City center."
