We received the following report in November 2009...."I was just on your site and saw the submission about
an old man ghost on Keewatin Street. In the mid-70's, when I was about 6 years old, I saw a ghost on Keewatin as we pulled into our house one night.
My mum had just picked me up at my grandparents and she was driving a car owned by her boyfriend at the time. His car was much bigger than my mother's sports car, and she took the turn into the driveway a little short and knocked a hubcap off on one of the built in planters at the front of the property, flanking either side of the driveway.
My mum clipped the planter on my side and I immediately turned my head to look out the window and saw an old man with white hair and a mustache standing on the planter looking in at me. I screamed so my mum immediately stopped the car and got out to look. There was nothing there. There is no way anyone could have run away out of sight quick enough. I had been fully awake and talking to my mom on the ride home. It must have been about 8 or so at night, and I remember being really excited to be back home from my grandparents as my mother had just been away on business, so I wasn't sleepy in the car. Even my mother was convinced I'd seen something - I've never been easily scared or skittish.
We were on the far end of Keewatin just up from the cemetery that is at the end of the street. We lived in a bank of 4 townhouses."
