"As a former resident of Pell Street, I too had heard stories of incidents that had happened in different buildings. As for myself, I too had some interesting experiences.


As far as I was informed, the co-op used to be housing for military men who had come back from war with no family or no where to go. There are stories that you can hear them moving through the halls, going up and down stairs and hearing the apartment door knobs moving."
