Update January 2010:

One of our readers sent us the following ....

"My friend and I were driving home around 1:00 am on Richardson Sd Road near Kanata when we saw a human figure wearing a baseball cap who seemed to have no face walking on the side of the road. The figure seemed to be somewhat glowing. The face or lack of was very frightening. We kept driving.  I noticed you have a report similar, which  concerned me even more."  
 
Is it possible this is the same apparition as described in the first report?
