The following was sent to us in 2013, however events described occurred more than a decade ago:

"When I was about 15 I was walking across a dam with my friend and I heard someone behind us.  I was going to let the person pass us (the damn is very thin at one part and only one person at a time will fit on it)  When I turned to see who it was there was something there.  It looked like a man, only not.  He was taller than 6 feet, and muscular and he was made of light.  The light wasn't shining on anything around him, it was like it was trapped inside him.  I never felt like I should fear him, but being so young, that fact that I was seeing this and my friend didn't see him (she sensed something though) freaked me out and we ran.  I did get the feeling that he wanted me to know something though, and I think of him a lot.  I want to know if anyone has seen something like him, and how I can figure out what he wanted to tell me.  I'm 28 now and I've tried asking different groups but no one ever gets back to me.  I really feel strongly that he needed me to know what he wanted to tell me.  Please give me some ideas.  I've looked online but can't find anything and my local library isn't really much help either.


There is a legend of native tribes in the area and how Love Sick Lake got it's name.  My friend and I agree that the man I saw was most likely a from that time because I cannot find any deaths in that area for at least 100 years that had to do with the lake or dam."
