There is a house on Wright Avenue that I used to live in around 1977. The reason I am mentioning this house is because I feel it (or the ghost )developed some sort of attachment to me and to this day I can't shake off bad dreams involving this house.

When I resided in this house, we lived on a flat on the second floor. At the time, it was apparent that something was not right with the 3rd floor. The owners slept there and complained of strange occurrences such as clothing hangers rattling in the closet, being hit on the face at night, radio turning on by itself and the constant coldness of the 3rd floor in general. It got so bad that they eventually moved to the basement to sleep. No too long later, they sold the house.

I had experienced several strange events there too. Being around 12 at the time, I felt some strange presence in our bathroom which was on the 2nd floor. I always felt as if I was being watched. I remember having a very bad dream -something about evil being outside the bathroom window on the roof . I never had bad dreams before. In my dream, the evil told me that something will happen to me the next day. I was very scared and very careful the next day. Nothing happened until around 10pm that evening when I was in the bathroom drying my hair. Suddenly, I remembered the dream and thought to myself how silly it was because nothing happened to me that day. In an instant I fainted. That was the only time I ever fainted in my life and there was no explanation to it. I was perfectly healthy & no I wasn't electrocuted. After the fainting spell I developed strong thoughts that I shouldn't fool with this evil being. I had these thoughts until I moved out.

One day, I was home alone. I was watching TV when I heard steps coming up the stairs and towards the room that I was in. These were very loud creaky steps - you know wooden floors! I thought maybe the landlord somehow quietly entered the house - but why was she standing at my door? I called out her name - no answer. I opened the door and no one was there. Immediately, the radio turned on by itself upstairs. It was playing music very loud. At first, I was too scared to go up there and turn off the music. So I waited in my room but since no one was home I was just too scared to let the music play so I had no choice but to go up there and turn it off. The light switch wouldn't turn on, but I found the radio in the dark and turned it off. It was terribly cold up there and definitely some evil being was in the room. I didn't want to look so I quickly ran down the stairs. Shortly after, I heard the landlord come in with their kids. As soon as they entered the house, the radio turned on again - very loud. This incident happened to them before so they did not suspect me as the culprit. It was just very creepy!

Later, a school mate of mine told me that she used to live in that house a couple years earlier. My school mate also told me that her family experienced some scary experiences in the house as well. She knew it was haunted.

Well, eventually we had moved but since then I've always had similar dreams regarding that house - either I'm moving in or moving out and that the house is haunted and has some very evil spirits living there. The house has been for sale several times since then.
