The witness writes:

Typically things would happen in the early evening, but there was one event that occurred near 2am. Door bell ringing, lights flickering on/off even after new bulb installed, lights turning on by themselves when the lights were turned off for the night in a room in the basement, smelt feces (again in the basement) when there's no source (ie: toilet or soiled waste line), heard a voice (inaudible and more like a moan) while watching TV in the basement.

All the of the above occurred in the basement with the exception of the door bell ring.

I saw an apparition while watching TV. This object at head height, with no form and had a grey/black mass, moved from my right to the left in front of the TV. It occurred a second time within a minute. The third time I kept my head turned to the right and saw the apparition earlier the previous two times. All of this within a 2-3 minute span.

Another tenant who lived in the same house a few years after me and did not know my experiences, heard a loud conversation between individuals upstairs in the living room. Loud enough to awaken them. They swore someone was having a conversation in the house. They investigated but found no one in the house.

My experiences coupled with this other individuals claims indicates what I saw, heard, smelled, which made me doubt my own experiences, actually confirmed something did go on. It was confirmed the previous owner passed away after the house was sold, but did not pass away in the house. However, this didn't mean that an individual didn't pass away there before.
